Message

At Pacific Community (SPC), I managed the digital library, online publications, metadata, and institutional repositories across technical divisions. I published materials to MARC / Library of Congress standards and produced CIP records, ISBNs, and barcodes for official publications.

I led the digitization project and managed confidential archives for 27 member countries and territories. I also administered Koha, wrote user manuals, and trained staff as SPC transitioned to a digital library.

Earlier, I cataloged more than 10,000 multimedia items in UNIMARC and set up a new audiovisual section. At RRB Radio & RFO (France Télévisions), I created, produced, and hosted five programs totaling 30 hours of airtime per week.
