At Arbeiter Samariter Bund, I design and manage monitoring and evaluation systems for humanitarian and development projects across Latin America. I train and mentor partners and stakeholders in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, while serving as the regional focal point for accountability and learning mechanisms.
I've led external evaluations, baseline studies, systematization, and pre-feasibility studies, and work closely with project managers and technical teams to strengthen data quality and donor reporting. I also contribute to project formulation and humanitarian response efforts.
My experience includes project leadership at Acción Contra El Hambre, business development at Catholic Relief Services, and food security and nutrition advisory work. I bring more than 10 years of experience spanning food security, livelihoods, education, disaster risk reduction, inclusion, emergency response, WASH, business development, and migration.
