Previously, I released a Salesforce-to-ServiceDesk migration with no data losses and supported GDPR data migration testing at SoftoSource while assigned to Veeam. At Sber, I delivered over 200 Java, Selenium, and Gherkin end-to-end tests, improving stability to 540 of 541 tests passing.
I've owned QA processes across backend, frontend, and mobile services at Tochka Bank, introduced QA strategies for scale-up projects, and contributed as an interviewer, mentor, and resource manager.
