Vanessa Michel

I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse across PCU, ICU, and float/ED hold settings, including 5 years in PCU, 5 years in ICU, and travel RN roles through Aya and Dayone staffing (2020–present). I’ve used Epic, Cerner, and Medictech EHR systems while handling assessments, coordinating care, and providing education, health promotion, and counseling.

Before nursing, I built client-facing and leadership experience through customer service, office management, and teaching at Henry D. Perry Middle School and as a high school pool substitute. I bring communication and cultural competence to patient advocacy and discharge planning, and I hold an BSN from Florida Atlantic University.
