What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-focused role in acute or critical care where I can apply advanced nursing skills, mentor staff, and contribute to quality improvement and patient education.

I am a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University and over a decade of clinical experience in acute care and home health settings.

I currently practice at Aventura Hospital & Medical Center where I serve as a lead preceptor, training and educating newly hired RNs while delivering hands-on critical care, medication administration, and complex nursing interventions.

I also work with Parallon Workforce Solutions across step-down and ICU environments, managing interdisciplinary care, performing advanced procedures such as arterial line support, tracheotomy care, chest tube maintenance, and providing postoperative and wound care.

I am certified in ACLS, BLS and CPR, a member of Sigma Theta Tau and Delta Epsilon Iota, and have a demonstrated commitment to patient education, community health outreach, and continuous performance improvement.
