At Free Wheelchair Mission, I developed and oversaw a global wheelchair provision and medical gifts-in-kind program that delivered over 1.3 million wheelchairs to 90+ countries. I also led the rollout of a partner training strategy, with 160+ sessions and 100% partner compliance by 2023.

I launched an asynchronous, multilingual training platform with over 700 enrollments and directed a monitoring and evaluation study involving over 440 wheelchair users across three regions.
