What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, supporting recruitment, candidate screening, HR operations, and process improvement in a collaborative bilingual environment.

I've supported high-volume recruitment at Webhelp Colombia, managing 15–30 processes at once and conducting up to 50 pre-screening calls per day for BPO campaigns. I assess candidate fit and English proficiency, communicate results, and keep applicants moving through each stage.
