What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive culture and talent strategy, coach executives and managers, and build engagement through inclusive, high-performance people systems—especially through growth, integration, and organizational transformation.

I’m an executive-level Culture & Talent Strategist with 13+ years leading organizational transformation through culture development, leadership coaching, and talent strategy. I partner with executives to align people strategy with business goals and build inclusive, high-performance cultures.

I’ve led post-acquisition culture alignment and integration across multi-country teams, strengthening engagement, attracting and retaining top talent, and expanding leadership capability during rapid growth and change. Most recently, I directed HR efforts across the U.S., India, Mexico, and Guatemala, while building engagement through stronger communication and recognition programs.

I also build HR foundations from the ground up—developing onboarding that connects new hires to culture, creating performance management coaching for leaders, and designing talent programs for career progression and succession planning. My approach blends organizational design, workforce planning, and change management so people and performance move together.
