What I'm looking for

I’m looking for DevSecOps / cloud-security work where I can automate IAM and zero-trust controls, run threat monitoring with Prometheus/ELK, and strengthen CI/CD security across AWS/Azure while continuing to grow in German-speaking teams.

I’m a DevSecOps and cloud security engineer combining hands-on DevOps delivery with a security-first mindset. I build and harden AWS/Azure infrastructure with IAM, network segmentation, and zero-trust principles, then connect it to monitoring, incident response, and security documentation.

In my DevOps role at Zappkode Solutions, I enforced security best practices across AWS, Azure, and on-premise systems—handling IAM policy management, SSL/TLS configuration, security groups, and zero-trust controls. I also built security-relevant monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack, supported incident response and post-mortems, and turned findings into runbooks.

I’m also motivated by security engineering depth: I authored a peer-reviewed publication on ISO/SAE 21434-compliant automotive cybersecurity for safety-critical, OT-adjacent systems (MDPI Vehicles, DOI: 10.3390/vehicles5040096). With an M.Sc. from THM (Network Security and Distributed Systems), plus Cisco Networking Academy credentials in Network Security and CyberOps, I’m ready to help teams deliver faster and safer through security automation.
