I am a highly motivated MBA graduate with a specialization in Finance and Human Resources. My strong academic background is complemented by practical experience gained through internships, where I developed a solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and HR management. I am passionate about fostering employee growth and supporting organizational goals, and I believe that my skills can contribute significantly to a dynamic organization.

During my internship at Nandi Honda, I conducted an organizational study utilizing SWOT analysis and Mckinsey’s 7s Framework for strategic alignment. I also highlighted moderate competition and customer bargaining power using Porter’s Five Forces.
