What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning from enterprise backend engineering into GenAI and agentic AI roles, building on hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, and local AI projects.

I built HelpFlow, a local, supervisor-led multi-agent IT support platform using Python, FastAPI, and LangGraph. It combines runbook retrieval, allowlisted diagnostic tools, evidence checks, and human approval gates for sensitive remediation.

On Ask My Docs, I built an enterprise RAG pipeline that combines dense and keyword retrieval with reranking and source-citation checks. I also created evaluation gates for retrieval quality and citation validity, with abstention when grounding checks fail.

Before focusing on GenAI projects, I worked on enterprise Java and backend systems at Tech Mahindra, C-Edge Technologies, and Birlasoft Private Limited. My work included security gateway controls, authentication and authorization, and services for financial applications.
