At A1Serbia/Vipmobile, I manage the product lifecycle for OTT TV applications, fiber optic internet services, and convergent TV and broadband products, from concept through commercial launch.
I manage FTTH and digital TV offerings, including bundles and pricing, and work with engineering, marketing, network operations, and customer experience teams to improve products. I also oversee OTT TV platform improvements across set-top boxes, mobile, smart TVs, and web.
Earlier at A1Serbia/Vipmobile, I worked in user acceptance testing and first-line and technical support. Through the Telecom Austria Group young potential program, I participated in a project involving prototypes, demos, A/B testing, and qualitative user research.
