I’m open to new remote opportunities where I can own delivery, drive stakeholder success, and scale intelligent solutions globally.

At Omilia - Conversational Intelligence, I led delivery of AI-driven IVA and IVR solutions for enterprise and SMB clients across finance, telecom, healthcare, and retail. I managed projects from presales support and solution design through deployment and post-launch updates, and introduced Uzbek language support to enable market expansion.

At Omilia, I also enabled partner delivery and integrated IVAs with backend systems, CRMs, and contact center platforms. Earlier, I led IT at Teva Pharmaceuticals and supported systems integration and acquisition migrations at Crossover for Work.
