What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead high-accuracy cost estimation and project controls, collaborate with engineering and project teams, and strengthen tendering and cost-control governance to protect scope, schedule, and margins.

I bring over 20 years of international experience across the project lifecycle, with a strong technical background and a focus on delivering accurate, decision-ready cost outcomes. I’ve worked with Copper Mining corporation “Kazakhmys” and Oil & Gas major clients (Chevron, Shell), supporting both onshore and offshore EPC/EP developments in CIS countries and abroad.

I’ve held Estimating Manager, Project Manager, and Project Services Manager roles, partnering with internal and external stakeholders—including construction contractors, engineering contractors, and vendors—to drive tendering, estimating, risk assessment, and cost control. I lead and participate in tenders, plan and control project costs, and apply “matrix TECOP (Technical, Economic, Commercial, Operational, Political)” to structure risk assessment and improve confidence in estimates.

In my most recent role, I work as a Background Estimator (remote) for Crystalia Glass LLC in New York, USA, evaluating technical requirements, timelines, costs, and risks, and producing detailed cost estimates for interior and exterior partition systems. Previously, as a Senior Cost Estimator with Wood in Dubai, UAE, I delivered high-quality estimates across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up scope—performing scenario comparisons, uncertainty analysis, sensitivities, and developing P10/P50/P90 estimates while accounting for inflation and escalation.

Earlier, I served as Project Control Services and Tendering Engineer with GTM ONE LLC and built practical estimating and control capability, including cost estimation, cost control, and planning systems based on “Earned Value” principles (progress “S” curves reporting). I also delivered major offshore and onshore controls work within Shell JV–Sakhalin Energy, challenged engineering contractor estimates, and supported tender packages for technical support services, contributing to improved contract approaches and strong governance through structured procedures.
