I’m looking for supervisory/managerial Project Controls roles in energy EPC/turnkey projects, emphasizing accurate planning/scheduling, cost control, risk management, and contract administration with long-term/permanent scope and clear milestone delivery.

I’m a supervisory/managerial Project Controls professional with a strong focus on EPC/Turnkey planning/scheduling and cost/scheduling for very long-term or permanent assignments. My work is centered in the energy sector—Power/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas—across EPC firms/consultants, utilities, and oil & gas majors.

I develop Planning/Scheduling and Project Controls procedures and drive them through implementation, including “Integrity” validation and estimation from scope-manhours/dollars. I build and resource/load master EPCC schedules in Primavera (up to P6) and derive key controls data (SPI/CPI/SV/CV/ETC/EAC) for trending, reporting, and corrective actions.

I’m trusted to implement project controls methodologies so subcontractors’ reporting is accurate and meaningful, and to forecast the project “health” at periodic intervals. I interface with internal and external stakeholders—including subcontractors, EOR, client, and owner’s engineer—to align execution constraints, interfaces, approvals/issue delivery, logistics, HSE/quality requirements, and contractual key milestones.

Across roles as Project Controls Manager, Time Scheduler, and Lead Planner/Scheduler, I’ve led teams and mentored staff (including managing around 8 Project Control personnel).
