What I'm looking for

I seek transactional roles in real estate or hospitality law where I can lead complex deals, advise investors, and strengthen AML/compliance processes while growing into senior counsel.

I am a lawyer focused on real estate, hospitality transactions, and corporate law, with hands-on experience advising major financings and cross-border investors. I provide contract drafting, M&A and restructuring support, and day-to-day legal counsel to corporate clients.

My work includes detailed due diligence, anti-money laundering investigations, and source-of-funds verification for national and international clients. I supported key financings, including a $191M Blackstone financing for Four Seasons/Andaz Resort and $131M from Monroe Capital and other banks.

I joined BLP in 2019 as a legal assistant, was promoted to senior paralegal in 2022, and became an associate in 2025; I am completing a specialization in Notary Law to complement my transactional practice.
