What I'm looking for

I want to keep developing my professional skills through commitment, dedication, and continuous learning, putting that growth toward organizational goals and customer satisfaction. I welcome challenges that help improve performance and contribute to the success of the team and company.

At TIM, I work as an Operation Engineer Application OSR. Earlier, as an Application Support Analyst at Huawei, I followed installation and maintenance of Huawei products on TELECOMITALIA infrastructure for Mobile Virtual Network Operators.

I configured, checked, and monitored the TRCS-VO application for rating, billing, and provisioning, and followed the eBus rollout and system connectivity through SFTP and t3s. I’m looking to keep developing my professional skills through continuous learning and contribute to organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
