What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end backend development for reliable, cloud-based platforms—pairing security, observability, and infrastructure-as-code to deliver measurable performance, resilience, and scalable integrations.

I’m a senior backend software engineer with 12+ years designing and building scalable platforms, with a strong focus on Node.js and AWS. I lead end-to-end feature development and take ownership of system architecture, third-party API integrations, and identity management to support applications serving tens of thousands of users.

I’m especially motivated by reliability engineering: I define backend engineering standards, instrument monitoring with Datadog and CloudWatch, and improve incident response through clear alerting thresholds. I also bring infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform to optimize cost and reliability for global deployments.
