At NICE, I lead a group of technical writers and coordinate documentation delivery for successful product releases. I track work, dependencies, and risks while collaborating with Product Management, R&D leadership, and Services and Support.
I work with documentation leaders in the US and Israel, and collaborate with the portal administration team to set guidelines and improve the documentation suite. I also support team members’ growth through training, mentorship, and challenging assignments.
Before becoming a manager, I produced technical documentation at NICE, including online help, user guides, installation guides, and release notes for customer interaction management solutions. I also created product feature videos and proposed functional and user interface changes from the end user’s perspective.
Earlier, at 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited, I developed user guides for new products and maintained documentation for new and enhanced functionality. I’m particularly interested in building scalable operating models that help teams work efficiently, collaborate effectively, and deliver predictable outcomes in Agile environments.
