Vaishnavi Deo
@vaishnavideo
Data analyst building Power BI dashboards and SQL-driven reporting for HR and sales.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
I build interactive Power BI dashboards for HR, Sales, and E-commerce, turning raw data into KPI tracking, trend analysis, and business reporting.
On SQL and database side, I work with joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and ETL/data modeling to keep reporting grounded in validated data. I also use DAX and Power Query to shape transformations and analytical measures.
As a freelance MIS Analyst in Hyderabad, I streamlined feedback and operational MIS reporting, validated daily tracking databases, and transformed legacy reporting flows to support decision-making. I supported executive-level reporting with clear, data-driven performance insights.
Before that, I did responsive front-end development at Frontend Arts Pvt. Ltd., then focused my career break on continuous learning across Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel, Python, DAX, and ETL workflows.
