Since January 2025, I’ve worked independently on analytics assignments, preparing recurring MIS reports and management dashboards across sales, workforce, finance, and public-service use cases. I use Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and Advanced Excel to turn multi-source data into management-ready summaries.

In this work, I consolidate, clean, reconcile, and validate data, then build star-schema models and interactive Power BI reports. I also standardise reporting structures, calculation logic, and quality checks for recurring analysis.

Previously, at District Urban Development Cell, Government Department, I supported MIS reporting across 5+ departments for 10+ senior stakeholders. My reporting and validation work helped improve reported data accuracy from approximately 80% to 90%.

I developed KPI-driven reporting solutions for recruitment, expenditure, claims, and scheme monitoring, helping reduce turnaround time by approximately 30%. I also automated repeatable tasks, reducing manual spreadsheet effort by approximately 60%, and trained colleagues to use dashboards and self-service reports.
