I own the end-to-end product lifecycle for IoT-based Healthcare and Construction SaaS platforms, translating digital transformation initiatives into measurable outcomes. I define product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics aligned with clinical outcomes, construction safety, and revenue growth.

I lead cross-functional agile teams across Engineering, Data, QA, and UX to deliver scalable, cloud-native IoT solutions on time and within scope. I build data reliability through IoT event tracking frameworks, ensuring accurate telemetry, data integrity, and analytics readiness.

I turn large-scale IoT sensor data and user behavior into actionable product decisions—using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis to improve onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement. I run A/B testing and hypothesis-driven analysis to validate feature impact, support roadmap prioritization, and strengthen North Star Metrics and KPI frameworks.

I also deliver executive-ready insights through QBRs and stakeholder reviews, aligning product insights with customer operational goals to enable renewal, upsell, and expansion. I bring customer feedback loops into product discovery to drive user-centric enhancements and regulatory compliance, and I’ve defined and launched AI-powered agents using Microsoft Power Platform to automate operational and customer workflows.
