I’m a Senior Product Manager who owns end-to-end product lifecycle for IoT-based Healthcare and Construction SaaS platforms, helping drive digital transformation from vision to outcomes.

I define product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics aligned with clinical outcomes, construction safety, and revenue growth. I lead cross-functional agile teams (Engineering, Data, QA, UX) to deliver scalable, cloud-native IoT solutions on time and within scope.

I go deep on measurement—building Power BI dashboards and running funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis to improve onboarding, activation, retention, churn, and account health. I also manage North Star Metrics and KPI frameworks, validate impact with A/B testing, and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations.

Most recently, I’ve defined and launched AI-powered agents using Microsoft Power Platform to automate operational and customer workflows, integrating Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Automate with clear conversational intents and permissions. I bring customer feedback into product discovery to ensure user-centric enhancements and regulatory compliance.
