Vaibhav Singh

As a Compliance Associate, I conduct research on applicable laws across various industries, facilitate discussions with clients, and provide post-implementation support and training. I maintain records of statutory documents and have gained proficiency in the Compliance Management Tool (Legatrix). My role also includes compliance solutions involving quality and GAAP analysis.

During my internship, I focused on checklist creation, document review for non-compliance, and legal research. I tracked new amended laws and repealed laws, gaining valuable insights into compliance processes.

Worked with Adv. N.D. Pancholi on human rights issues, conducting ground analysis of the CAA-NRC protests and interviewing affected individuals, which deepened my understanding of civil liberties.

Interned under Adv. Rajendra Kumar Mishra, where I gained experience in civil and criminal proceedings, furthering my legal knowledge and skills.

I interned under Adv. Vidhan Chandra Singh Yadav, focusing on criminal law and participating in daily court proceedings, which enhanced my understanding of legal processes.

Activities and societies: Participated in various moot court competitions including Surana & Surana national trial advocacy moot court competition and P.N. Bhagwati international trial advocacy moot court competition.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LLB) with a focus on legal studies, achieving a percentage of 70% which is classified as First Class with Distinction.
