At ServiceTitan, I used analytical SQL queries to investigate financial discrepancies, invoice variances, and transaction failures. I cross-referenced MySQL records with customer transaction logs and documented root causes in Salesforce, logging software bugs in Jira.
At HR4EU, I managed tracking, profiling, and verification for lead and partner records using Google Sheets automation and Excel. I also engineered workflows to collect, clean, and standardize partner data, and cross-referenced secondary databases to support segmentation and partner acquisition.
I built an autonomous multi-agent job discovery and application system in Python and Supabase. It automates job discovery, resume tailoring, and form submissions, with a LiteLLM failover router and a Telegram human-in-the-loop orchestrator.
For my MySQL esports tournament project, I designed a 19-table schema normalized to BCNF and wrote analytical queries using window functions, CTEs, and multi-table joins. I’m studying Computer Science at American University of Armenia, with expected graduation in 2027.
