I’m an integrated supply chain executive with 12+ years leading end-to-end supply chain and operations across Europe for MANN+HUMMEL, advancing through four promotions to Vice President. I connect supply chain decisions to growth, margin, and resilience, bringing both strategic clarity and operational follow-through.

As Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics — Europe (03/2025 – Present), I hold full strategic and operational accountability across 10 distribution centres and 550+ people. I’m responsible for service, cost, working capital, and end-to-end performance, and I define the European integrated supply chain strategy and operating model—clarifying governance, accountability, and performance expectations.

I build performance through a center-of-excellence approach: I standardise KPIs, playbooks, and best practice across sites to improve visibility and raise supply chain maturity. I also deploy digitalisation, automation, and AI-driven analytics, including AI-based inbound/outbound analytics deployed across multiple distribution centres to translate technology into measurable business value.

Before this role, I served as Director, Supply Chain (2022 – 02/2025), where I reduced inventory by 3% while holding service performance and improved OTIF to 90% through disciplined execution and stronger planning accuracy. Earlier, as Cluster Supply Chain Manager (2019 – 2022), I led SAP LMPC (ERP) implementation and standardised planning/logistics processes across sites, and as Logistics Manager (2014 – 2019) I improved material flow, warehouse productivity, and team capability. I bring strong stakeholder influence, Six Sigma discipline (2013), and leadership development through MANN+HUMMEL’s Leadership Academy for Talents (2021 – 2023).
