At Ergomed CRO, I lead global infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, SaaS, networks, identity, security, and backup and disaster recovery. I designed and lead the data-centre decommissioning plan, with 300 of 350 workloads migrated to Azure so far.

I drive FinOps for Azure and AI workloads, reducing cloud spend by 35%. I also led the move from an on-premises contact centre to Zoom Contact Center SaaS for 650 agents and 380 telephone lines.

At The DDC Group, I led three IT teams across three countries and contributed to EMEA planning. I helped integrate acquired companies, delivered technical carve-outs under Transition Service Agreements, and cut the NCSC cyber-risk score from 3.2 to 0.5.

Earlier, at Phoenix Pharma d.o.o., I led Microsoft 365 and Azure migration and managed an ERP implementation in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. At Coca-Cola HBC, I supported migration to SAP and developed web applications for ERP-related processes and reporting.
