At CIAK Auto BiH, I worked on business development and sales strategy, including brand and price positioning for retail and wholesale. I also handled sales and stock analytics, replenishment development, and supply chain management.
At Simimpex (part of LKQ), I worked on forecasting, pricing and discount strategy, supplier and customer negotiations, and stock management using Microsoft Dynamics Nav9. Earlier, as Import Manager at DE-MI Promet DOO, I managed relationships with 70+ Asian suppliers and worked on overseas logistics and finding new suppliers in China.
