Advised corporate clients on end-to-end trade finance solutions, covering supply chain, logistics, sales strategy, and financial structuring. Facilitated import/export transactions by aligning clients’ operational needs with appropriate banking instruments.

Led the firm's sales strategy and operations in the capital markets sector, focusing on fixed-income securities. Successfully raised over 100 billion MNT through bond issuances for major Mongolian corporations.

Originated and executed physical commodity trades, focusing on copper, iron ore, and coking coal from Mongolia for international markets. Managed end-to-end trading operations including sourcing, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and risk management.

Re-engineered the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodology for both deposit-raising and fund-advancing units, enhancing pricing accuracy and branch-level financial performance. Generated over $1 million in profit within a two-month period through strategic trading of USD-denominated Mongolian sovereign bonds.

Tasked with establishing a brand-new Asset and Liability Management (ALM) department, responsible for overseeing the bank’s entire balance sheet, including liquidity management, loan and deposit pricing, and performance analytics. Designed and implemented internal frameworks and analytical tools to optimize funding strategies, interest rate spreads, and asset allocation.

Co-developed and managed the internal government bond auction platform, facilitating over MNT 4.5 trillion in bond sales to commercial banks and international investors. Launched a new “one-week tenor repo auction” facility worth MNT 200 billion to improve short-term liquidity access for local commercial banks.

Co-organized and fundraised for the Mongolia–London Business Forum 2011, a major bilateral event promoting trade, joint ventures, training, and R&D collaboration. Developed and implemented a successful fundraising strategy, securing over GBP 50,000 in sponsorships.

Awarded a full tuition scholarship by the Mongolian Embassy based on the final results of Bachelor of Business Administration Studies. This program focused on a dual concentration in Finance and Management.
