I’m a financial services professional with 7+ years of experience across international development, banking, strategy, and investment environments. As a Financial Institutions Principal Banker (Middle East and Africa) at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), I manage relationships with a portfolio of banks and financial institutions across ~10 emerging markets, acting as a key point of contact across origination, execution, and ongoing engagement.

I lead the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions and strategic initiatives, including due diligence, financial analysis, internal approvals, and monitoring—while coordinating with internal stakeholders across Risk, Legal, Compliance, ESG, Treasury, and Operations. I prepare and present credit memoranda, investment proposals, and strategic analyses to senior committees, backed by financial modelling, scenario analysis, and market assessments to support pricing and downside risk evaluation.

Earlier in my career, I built deal and analytical capabilities as a PwC M&A Deals Strategy Trainee, using Tableau and Power BI to translate datasets into insights, and as a J.P.
