I’m looking to build Go/Python backend and microservices while evolving DevEx and AI-enabled SDLC automation—owning features end-to-end, designing systems, and improving reliability and code quality through clear process and measurable outcomes.

I’m a backend engineer with 5+ years of experience, with the last 3 years focused on Go. I specialize in microservice systems architecture and internal developer platform (DevEx), with a strong drive to automate development lifecycles using an AI-enabled SDLC approach.

At Avito, I shaped full-cycle feature delivery by leveraging Claude Code, Codex, and OpenSpec-style declarative specifications, then scaled impact through DevEx automation—AI SDLC event classification, AI-assisted code review, SDLC platform improvements, and LLM resource management. Earlier, as a Team Lead at Greenatom, I hired and led 5 engineers, built GitLab CI/CD to cut release cycles to ~15 minutes, and integrated DefectDojo-based SAST/DAST to identify up to 90% of critical security issues before production.
