I am a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software development. Throughout my career, I have successfully designed and implemented data extraction programs, facilitated seamless integration of legacy software, and managed customer support teams. I have a strong background in Java, C/C++, and web development frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot. My technical expertise also includes HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, and various databases like MySQL, DB2, and DynamoDB.
During my tenure at Careem Software, I played a vital role in the development of their customer care software, contributing to the optimization and functionality of their operations. I introduced streamlined credit addition flows, designed and implemented a customer complaint system, and successfully migrated projects to Spring Boot for enhanced performance. I also have experience in utilizing various AWS services, including EBS, SQS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch.
Prior to that, I worked at TimeXperts Pvt Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer, where I managed the support team and oversaw the LD import framework. I have also worked at WorkForce Software as a Software Engineer, where I was responsible for developing and maintaining the EmpCenter application, a large-scale enterprise application for employee tracking and management.
