What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-moving organization where I can learn, perform, and contribute—leading Java/J2EE development and maintenance of business portals and web applications with agile practices, code reviews, and strong product/customer collaboration.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with a strong track record in Java and J2EE, bringing “robust experience” in building and maintaining Business Applications, websites, web engineering, and business portals. I’m ambitious, achievement-motivated, and I enjoy leading through strong motivational and leadership skills.

In my recent role as a Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead, I design and refine development processes, implement agile practices, coach the development team, and run code reviews. I work closely with product owners to elicit and refine requirements, and I collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system decomposition. I also took initiative by migrating the product platform from JDK 8 to support JDK 25.

I’ve led portal and CRM development using Spring and Bootstrap (and other J2EE frameworks), including the Trade Partner (Vendor) portal and the SAAS-based CRM “BuildTopia” running on Linux with Apache Tomcat and Oracle 12g. I also led teams across development, QA, and design for “NSConnect,” leveraging Liferay Portal (bundled with Tomcat), JSF (ICEFaces) portlets, Struts-based portlets, and pure JSP portlets—shipping many implementations for many customers.
