I'm looking to lead customer-centred digital products where I can translate complex business needs into clear roadmaps, requirements, and Agile delivery across product, design, and engineering teams.

I've helped shape the UBL Digital Mobile App for 6M+ users across three countries, translating stakeholder needs into roadmaps, user stories, and delivery-ready requirements. I contributed features including AI-powered voice command and an app-wide OTP replacement solution.

I've also owned end-to-end development for a US-based ERP platform supporting 10K+ field technicians, working across product, design, engineering, QA, and customer feedback. My background in product design helps me turn complex workflows into practical, user-centred digital experiences.
