At Amazon, I built a Java/TestNG integration test suite for Payment Recommendation Service across India, Brazil, and Mexico, with automated tests serving as CI/CD deployment gates. I also developed Cypress tests for payment acceptance flows and helped reduce the regression suite by 15%.
I designed and built an AI Intake Management Agent on AWS that automates QA intake and reporting, with Amazon Bedrock integration. Across Amazon Live, Payments & Checkout, and other product work, I tested launches and features, including Amazon Live Polls & Quizzes, which launched with zero production defects across India and the US.
