Upendra Nalla

At Moveworks, I build Python and FastAPI backend services for AI-driven workflow automation and enterprise search. I develop RAG pipelines with LangChain and vector databases to improve contextual accuracy and enterprise knowledge retrieval.

I integrate LLM APIs into document understanding, semantic search, and employee support workflows. I also design AWS-based APIs for document ingestion, embedding generation, and inference, while implementing prompt evaluation and response validation workflows.

Previously at Quantiphi, I developed machine learning solutions for financial and healthcare clients using Python and AWS. My work included anomaly detection for suspicious transactions, real-time and batch ML inference APIs, prediction-drift monitoring, and NLP document classification.

I bring hands-on experience deploying production AI systems with FastAPI, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, and scalable data pipelines.
