I’m a Receptionist Assistant with hands-on experience supporting day-to-day hospital operations. I focus on making patients feel welcomed, informed, and directed to the right departments.

In my current role at Unity Hospital, I greet visitors, guide them to the correct departments, and handle incoming phone calls. I also share basic hospital information and help ensure appointment scheduling runs smoothly.

I take pride in accurate, respectful support—assisting with scheduling appointments and updating patient details, while also supporting staff with simple administrative tasks. I work with a professional and polite manner, with strong teamwork and adaptability.

Alongside my hospital experience, I’m committed to building a long-term career in healthcare by pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. I’m motivated to grow my skills and contribute wherever patient care and service quality matter most.
