What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can upgrade my skills, contribute my ideas, gain job satisfaction, and be guided toward a successful career.

At Amazon, I monitored competitor listings, pricing, availability, and promotions to support retail pricing strategy. I also audited high-visibility listings for accurate catalog content and price match compliance.

I analyzed competitor data to identify price gaps and market trends, and investigated catalog inconsistencies. I coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve product content, pricing, and inventory issues.

At Tech Mahindra, I provided technical support to Verizon customers with network, billing, and device issues. I also completed a PHP and SQL voting-system project and a manual e-commerce testing project using Jira.
