What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can apply my Oracle Retail development, testing, documentation and stakeholder-coordination experience, or support prospective students through clear, empathetic admissions counselling.

I've supported Oracle Retail development and implementation at Tech Mahindra, working on RMS, ReSA and RPM projects for Mr.Price Group and Arcadia Apparel Group.

I use Oracle SQL/PLSQL, ETL and data migration skills to develop enhancements, prepare functional and technical documentation, and support retail business processes.

I've also developed and tested features at MRP WORLD and Arcadia, creating manual test cases, generating test data, tracking defects, and participating in defect triage.

Now, at EMO Matrix Group, I counsel prospective students on psychology and related courses, explaining eligibility, curriculum, fees and admissions processes while maintaining thoughtful follow-up.
