At BAYER Crop Science, I was part of a joint research project with Oerth Bio to discover PROTACs as a novel modality for crop protection. I developed a research plan and the assays needed for PROTAC validation, and monitored scientific developments in the field.
At LRSV, I uncovered how ubiquitination of the transcription factor LFY relates to its partitioning into cytoplasmic condensates during flower development. My research has also included designing synthetic microProteins and establishing genetic engineering methods, alongside publications in plant biology and molecular biology.
