At AG- Serve, Department of medicine Goethe University of Frankfurt, I developed a genome-wide protein-trapping screening platform to identify TCIP-responsive transcription factors in acute myeloid leukemia and explore potential therapeutic targets.
At AG- Dunkelmann, Max Planck for molecular plant physiology, I worked on the Synthetic Chloroplast Genome Project, including plasmid design, DNA cloning, and chloroplast genome sequencing. I also used custom Python scripts to detect structural variants in the sequencing pipeline.
At AG-Bock, Max Planck of molecular plant Physiology, I developed the red microalga Porphyridium purpureum as a recombinant expression platform for influenza virus antigens. My other research experience includes protein molecular dynamics simulation and a GMP internship at UP Pharma, Egypt.
