I’m a Senior Backend Engineer building and maintaining backend APIs that power employee management, onboarding, administration, leave allocation, and attendance tracking. I focus on reliability and clear contracts, delivering secure REST APIs and strong integration between backend and frontend teams.

In my current role, I develop scalable backend applications with Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, and TypeScript, and implement role-based access control for Admin, HR Admin, Project Manager, and Employee permissions. I use JWT and OAuth, integrate Stripe and Razorpay for payments, and design logic for attendance based on schedules, working days, time zones, and grace periods.

I also build high-performance systems using Kafka, Redis, AWS S3, AWS SES, Docker, and Docker Compose—especially for large file-processing workflows. I create Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and work to improve API performance and stability for real production workloads.

Beyond this, I’ve contributed to distributed event and sensor data processing using Node.js, Redis queues, and Kafka-based batching and memory optimization. I started as a Backend Developer Intern, delivering scalable RESTful APIs for an LMS and building real-time notifications with Pusher, including a reported 60% reduction in student response time.
