What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernize complex business systems, particularly backend-heavy .NET platforms spanning web, desktop, cloud, and mobile. I value distributed Agile teams, meaningful product ownership, and challenging integration or modernization work.

I've modernized GovPilot's municipal government platform from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 8 and Angular 9 to Angular 20, maintaining production compatibility across WPF desktop, web, cloud, and hybrid mobile clients. I build C# applications, ASP.NET Core APIs, SQL Server-backed modules, Angular features, and Ionic mobile capabilities for complex enterprise systems.

I've also delivered .NET 8 financial technology APIs at DataArt and co-built Otium Scarlet, a telemetry and logistics platform spanning backend services, web and mobile workflows, hardware integrations, databases, and AWS infrastructure. Across 12+ years, I’ve worked on enterprise modernization, system integrations, code generation, testing, deployment tooling, and distributed Agile delivery.
