At Klook Travel Technology Sdn. Bhd., I lead AI automation initiatives for Business Development operations. I designed and deployed workflow solutions adopted across the Western Business Development department, reducing manual processing time by up to 50%.
I designed and maintained a bulk pricing agent connected to Klook's internal administration system through Model Context Protocol. It automated approximately 70% of daily bulk pricing support cases and reduced average processing time from 45–60 minutes to approximately 15–30 minutes.
I also developed an internal AI knowledge assistant for SOPs, operational documentation and onboarding resources, and built a browser-based tool for merchant price updates. Earlier, I established and managed Ugenthiren Production, providing private and corporate media coverage and using Adobe Creative Suite to edit photos and videos.
