What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build customer and market insights through BI dashboards and analytics—connecting SQL/Python-ready data with clear reporting so decisions for product, marketing, and business strategy move faster.

I turn customer research, market signals, and internal data into recommendations that shape business strategy. At MTN Nigeria, I collected inputs from surveys, interviews, customer feedback, website analytics, and databases, then extracted trends and patterns to guide product development and marketing initiatives.

Previously at JADLINE GLOBAL INTEGRATED SERVICES LIMITED, I analyzed acquisition and cost trends and helped reduce total operating costs by 12% over a year. I also optimized data collection, produced weekly-to-quarterly reports, and built BI dashboards after data cleansing with Python and Power BI.

Earlier, as a Database Administrator at JADLINE, I designed and implemented data models, wrote scripts for stored procedures and triggers, and supported confidentiality processes. I also worked in logistics/purchasing analytics using Microsoft Excel, My SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to inform decisions.
