In my current role as Sales Marketing Manager at Jiji.NG Online Marketplace Nigeria Limited, I assist sellers with account setup and product listings, register new vendors, and guide them through onboarding. I also promote Jiji.ng services and seller opportunities to potential users, helping grow adoption and revenue.

Previously, I developed sales-focused support at FERN0 Bambam Restaurant, where I assisted customers with product selection and inquiries and increased monthly sales through upselling promotional items. I maintained inventory, ensured timely restocking, and handled cash register operations with daily account balancing.

Earlier, as a Marketing Manager & Specialist at Kig kitChen, I developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals. I led, mentored, and managed a high-performing marketing team, monitored brand consistency across channels, and worked in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
