I’m a registered nurse seeking a full time position to hone my skills and self-assurance in administering patient centered care. At Morristown Medical Center, I work as a Registered Nurse (Gagnon 4 Post TAVR), where I monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythm closely, perform neurovascular and access site checks, assess for chest pain, dyspnea, and new murmurs, and maintain bedrest per protocol while monitoring for post-TAVR complications such as arrhythmias (especially new LBBB or complete heart block). I administer anticoagulants/antiplatelets and IV drips as needed, manage temporary pacemakers and monitor patients who may require permanent pacemakers, and provide patient education on valve care, medications, activity restrictions, and discharge instructions.

Previously at Clara Maass Medical Center, I provided specialized care in the Post-Intensive Care Unit by monitoring cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and hemodynamic parameters, administering cardiac medications and IV therapies with dose titration, and supporting emergencies through code blue and rapid response teams using Advanced Cardiac Life Support. I also collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans for continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
