What I'm looking for

I seek a senior RN role in critical care, perioperative, or vascular triage where I can lead patient-centered care, advance VQI quality initiatives, mentor staff, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team—ideally in a hybrid clinical/triage setting.

I am a compassionate and dedicated critical care, perioperative and triage nurse with 19+ years of experience delivering high-quality patient care across ICU, PACU, procedural settings and nurse triage services. I specialize in high-volume triage, symptom assessment, prioritization of urgent conditions, and coordinating timely interventions to support safe, quality outcomes.

In my current role I support Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI) compliance and long-term follow-up for a range of vascular procedures while providing comprehensive post-operative education, discharge planning, and continuity of care with outside facilities and vendors. I routinely manage medications, write/sign orders, handle prior authorizations, and ensure IAC accreditation follow-up for post-vein ablation patients.

Previously I provided critical care in CTICU/MICU with proficiency in ventilator management, RotoProne, hypothermia protocols, CRRT, Impella and balloon pump therapies, and served as Charge Nurse overseeing assignments and patient flow. I also mentor and precept new nurses, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and assist in procedural settings including cardiac cath, electrophysiology and interventional radiology.
