At Nextern, deployed at Grameenphone Ltd. (Telenor Group), I prepared implementation-ready plans for a new non-data center colocation service. I facilitated discovery across five business and engineering units, modelled infrastructure and process workflows in Visio, and translated operational needs into SOPs and SRS documentation.
I also assessed competitor pricing and business models to inform a go-to-market recommendation, mapped data center power-flow dependencies, and reviewed site-sharing invoices to support revenue assurance. At STARLAB, I supported machine-learning research through data preparation and predictive analytics, contributing to peer-reviewed publications.
