At IFS, I managed the lifecycle of AI use cases and mobile features, from functional investigation and design through development support, QA, and deployment. I managed the backlog across three release tracks and helped refine requirements for more than 10 business cases.
I also defined product strategy and governance for 27+ core Business Objects, validating use cases with customers and pre-sales teams. As Process Master for the development team, I led agile ceremonies and used Claude-based and Generative AI workflows to investigate requirements and support prioritisation.
My product work includes analysing capability gaps and data-quality problems for IFS.ai. Before IFS, I worked on electrical engineering design and drafting at Fimcen and delivered industrial electrical solutions at EMO Pvt Ltd; I bring an engineering foundation and an MBA to my product work.
